I like this branch of all others that I know so far. People are very friendly and supportive.

Short hours of operation. Overall good experience and friendly cooperative personal. Some delays associated with service because there is usually very busy. Few times we faced with delays due to their mistakes, seems like internal communications in that branch are poor.

This location is always busy so it takes awhile for service, but the teller was courteous in dispensing my account details for direct deposit with an employer.

New manager was rude and dismissive. Just needed to exchange some coin and was rude and no explanation. Old branch manager was awesome and friendly. Don't go to this RBC. Avoid

I had a horrible customer service experience at this location on Friday October 6th at around 4pm. After the teller couldn't help me with my deposit of over $10,000 I politely requested to speak with their branch manager. I could see the branch manager sitting in one of their glass offices and I could also see her talking to the teller who went to call her out for me. After waiting for 15 minutes she finally came out to 'help me'. She was not even looking at me when talking to me and it felt like she just wanted to brush me off. I told her calmly that the service I was receiving was either a poor quality or she was simply being inconsiderate and maybe I should switch to CIBC or TD. She replied saying "yes you should go to another bank". I have 3 business accounts with that location and one personal account. I have deposited over a few hundred thousand dollars in these accounts combined in last couple of years. I am considering closing all my accounts. I found the branch manager to be rude and extremely unprofessional. Unbelievable! I was very dissatisfied with the treatment I received at this branch so I drove to the other RBC branch on 6th and 6th. There I was received with professionalism and quality customer service and did my banking.
