RBC Royal Bank

I've been to several RBC locations, and I've never had an issue with any of them. The service is good here, the staff is friendly. One time they gave me a balloon for my kid, he loved it. If you want money to show up in your account fast you should use a teller to deposit it, not an ATM, or it won't actually get deposited until after they've emptied the machine and sorted through all the contents. It's the same for any bank ATM anywhere.

I had an excellent service today with my parents at the bank. Deep Sharma was patient and helped with my parents account. He understood how strenuous it gets when we have to deal with appointments and having my parents visit the bank when needed. I’m thankful and encourage all of the tellers to be mindful of the situation and help customers as how Deep Sharma did. He was detail oriented and asked questions to my parents and make them feel comfortable.nI’m writing this review as I’ve previously had bad service from bank tellers, some of these experiences encourage us to trust RBC and their customer service.

Was not impressed at all . It took a while to get through a very short line. Then I had to argue with the teller and explained she could not refuse cashing my cheque as it's a government cheque and as long as I have ID , they have to cash it. I kept getting told to go to my own bank. I would never get an account here myself.

40 mins in line on a weekday wirh 2 wickets open is outrageous absolutely outrageous.

Bad service no care for customer no help.. ... They were rude to me.
