TD Canada Trust

Was supposed to get $400 for opening a business account, but never did.nnWas able to make payments on my ATB credit card. But recently they blocked that off. I cannot pay them anymore. Instead, they send me a letter saying I can have a T.D credit card.nnPretty cheeky !!!!

The machine malfunctioned and took 200-300 dollars of my money and said I deposited 1 cent. This is absolutely unacceptable. Between never having enough tellers, 40 minute banking wait times, not being open Sundays anymore, and now automatic machines malfunctioing, td has gone so down hill it's not even funny.

Td is really unimpressive and lacking in customer service. They charge a monthly fee but when it's time for them to do their job they just leave you stranded

It's been 2 days now that all of their ATM machine is out of service. Even the Drive-Tru machine is out of service too. What is going on here TD?

I don’t recommend going here. The manager with the reddish/blonde hair is extremely rude. He will 100% mansplain your own finances to you including judging your decisions on what you do with your own cash, making snide remarks about spending what you’re depositing. As well he’s incredibly unhelpful and when you start asking questions will start becoming very condescending, he assumes you don’t know what you are talking about, even though you do.nnATB is so much better, they treat me amazing.nnI’ve been a client of TD’s for years with zero fraudulent deposits and they have just gotten so awful to deal with, and the way this manager talked to me honestly disgusted me. I’m an accountant so I do understand finances and banks and was trying to be as kind and respectful as I could. I eventually walked out after thanking the teller- she was great, the manager was not.
