Very disappointed with ATB. I open account and completed the maintaining balance in 3 days to waive charges, after a week my financial advicer phone me that my other application is denied because I am under disability. I told her okay I will just withdraw my account because theres is no use for me to have the account and said just visit the bank nothing else. I went there and in a big surprise, I was charge for cancellation fee and a monthly fee because accordingly my account has not enough balance which I have deposited way too much amount than maintaining balance. Please ATB try to inform people not just sucking them up.

Absolutely horrible customer service . My account was hacked and they froze my account and have taken my bank card, made me feel as though i did something wrong even after i pointed out all of thier security measures were not followed at all.
