Slow. Dont seem to know what they are doing. Waiting for the money to be sent for my closing date so i can get the keys to my home and they cant seem to find it. .... vedy unprofessional considering i am the client who had to enter the bank to try and deal with it faster oppse to my laywers office... they havent sent the money yet.

Very friendly staff and most helpful. The big plus is that they are just around the corner. They helped my mum changing her English pounds when she was over in the summer.
