Read comments of other customers. I can only say great things. Customer representatives are thorough and have gone above and beyond to find things out for me. They issued me a credit card when Scotiabank wouldn't and I've been a customer at Scotiabank for 30 years with a good credit score. I am very pleased so far. Fees are pretty equivalent to other banks.

Rbc is the worst. They generally have terrible customer service and the fees are outrageous. would not recommend banking with them. Dont even deserve one star in my opinion.
