RBC Royal Bank

I am very disappointed with RBC's service. My payment was debited from my account over 10 days ago, but the receiver still hasn't received the money. I tried calling customer service multiple times, but every time they just put me on hold for 20-30 minutes and no one gives me a proper answer or solution. This is very frustrating and unprofessional, especially when it comes to handling people's money. I expect better communication and faster resolution from a bank.

This branch would benefit learning how to properly deal with potential customers. The experience we had dealing with this branch was unexceptable. The branch manager needs to reevaluate his teams performance and possibly himself if this is the level of service they offer the community.

Called today at 2:45 re an unauthorized withdraw.nThe A.i. guy hung up 3 times, since I wouldnt punchnin my 3 digit code new card doesnt have onenI finally got through, butnIts now 6:39,..im still on hold, now waiting for thenfraud dept..nThis is crazy.. Valleyiew Branch itself is great.nHowever, RBC phone service is 'so' unacceptable.n..Still here, on hold 7:27....Really??

I have banked with RBC for 30 years!! I had a major misfortune happen to me months ago.. my money was stolen out of my account without my knowledge.. I am 75 years of age .. obviously understood why we put our money into SAFE KEEPING in the bank than under your pillow!! Because we are told not to worry.. it SAFE!!!nWell not with this bank the .. would no help retrieve my stolen money out of my S0 CALLED “SAFE” ACCOUNT!!nYes .. she did report to the police .. I was mess and shocked and barely speak.. When home .. went to the police .. reported everthing.. went back to the bank!! Spoke to same manager.. reassured I gone the Police and my report..nThen she Manager told me I was not welcome to bank with RBC ever again!’ I was shocked !! I said you’re kidding!! 30 years of Banking with you .. I treated like scum and never to come back again ever!!nNever been treated like that in my life!!nI am discussed ..
