Say what you will about the RBC in general, but this branch has been very good to me. I was there today (11/30/15) and had a bit of a struggle with the RBC computer system, but after meeting with the branch manager, the issue was swiftly resolved before the end of the day. Every employee at this branch that I met was a pleasure to deal with and showed genuine care and deep concern to resolve my issue smoothly. Thank you St. Mary's Rd branch for your kindness and outstanding customer service!

The staff at this branch are top notch people. Always polite and willing to do their best. I've dealt with this branch for many years and am always happy to go in to do business.

Convenient location close to many amenities to get your daily errands done. American dollar ATM is very useful for the last minute travel organizer.
