Really bad customer service. Slow Customer service. Really bad mortgage rates. They are pretty much a joke. They made a mistake by making two profiles for me, and they told me it will take 24-48 hours for them to fix it because a lot of the work is done with old computers in the background :S. I wouldn't deal with them and TD with a long pole

Horrible customer service. I had scheduled an appointment, showed up early (took time off work) and waited over an hour and a half before I was helped.  Would not recommend this bank.
