My experience at this branch made me feel racially profiled would not go back cashing a cheque there was my only option not unless I went to money Mart and paid the 15 percent fee. The only reason I went in was because my bank was closed and I only have a ride to pa every so often I mentioned this to the worker also and it was an RBC cheque and the worker assumed I cashed it on my mobile deposit right away after explaining to her I could not open up the deposit cheque part of the app had to show her that I couldn't even open had to prove it which made me extra uncomfortable she than cashed it and said thanks for clarifying that in a rude manner. After that altercation she then made me walked me to the other side of the counter where the cameras were and handed me my money just made me feel really uncomfortable you don't even deserve the one star but I honestly would rather pay the fifteen percent fee at money Mart.
Excellent customer service by Priti Shah. She helped me with my all necessary banking needs. Good work!! You have the natural ability to understand and feel what your customers are experiencing and you are able to meet their needs effectively. Very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Very much appreciated. One of their manager should be stop being Racist.
Worst front line workers ever. I tried to do a wire transfer from the branch and they asked me why didn't you transfer the money from other bank after they saw my etranfer deposit. Then the lady on the counters can't even know what is an IBAN and where to use it so I asked to turn the screen for me in order to teach her where the IBAN shu be entered and she was insisting that what i am saying is wrong and I'm responsible for the transfer if it goes to a different beneficiary. Please train your employees how to do simple operations.
If you ever need help, bev is the women to talk to. She helped us with getting our new house while other banks refused us. Amazing women.
The communication is terrible, I understand mistakes happen but there seems to be a high consistency with this branch. No one seems to want to help you and any issue you have is someone else's issue, they don't take responsibility nor resolve them. They send you around in circles between branch and phone to get minimal situations resolved and the way they handle customer concerns especially some of the women I find is just super disrespectful and unempathetic when mistakes are made within the branch.
Long wait times always have to wait around 45 minutes in line. Take your money out from this bank. Terrible service.
Always helpful but one of the cashiers almost caused a meltdown when she insisted my grandson answer the questions instead of me speaking for him
Absolutely horrendous wait times. There is a line up of 15 people and only 2 people working. Been waiting here for over an hour. What a joke
Terrible, difficult to get into accounts hard to open stuff just a terrible bank
I have never dealt with such an incompetent branch. Tried to cancel my account for over 5 months and still receiver request for payments from them because they were not cancelled properly. Have had to go back to location several times to get it done right, and they "promise it will be finally dealt with" for me to get another request of payment and have to deal with them again. An absolute nightmare....
