Worst bank I've ever been in. In trashy downtown where you have to pay to park. It's like walking into a bank in the 1980s. Couldn't pay with debit. Had to withdraw cash from their ATM. $9 in fees later I got cash out. The worst experience I've had at a bank ever.
Worse than terrible bank to deal with. Never answer the phone, never return calls. Switch to any other bank CIBC is the circus show or banks. Horrendous
I went there for account related query and i was helped appropriately. Staff is courteous and polite.
Never picks up the phone. I tried to call two different times, called 1-3 times each time. NO ANSWER, I don’t want to leave my info to get a call back either, why isn’t anyone available to talk?nnLocation is sketchy and unfair to have to pay for parking and also try find parking on Central Ave. Slow bank, not enough windows to get help. When they suggest you call or email someone it takes even longer and many attempts.nIm switching banks CIBC is a total headache.
Using the ATM'S there are intimidating and scary. When the bank is closed and you go to the ATMS most times there are street people hanging around the door or are inside...some have even been lying down and passed out drooling.nAlso I have had 3 perfectly good bank issued checks... ie. SGI government refund check not work in their envelopeless deposits.nBRING BACK THE ENVELOPES...at least that worked ALL the time!
