RBC Royal Bank

We had a customer to buy one of our cars and he went to this location to get a draft. Instead they wired the money to us which we waited for 5 days. And at the they told him the money was sent to some where else and they will refund his money back in 2 weeks. Waste of the time to us and to our customer. Very unprofessional location to deal with.

Bank staff does not know how to count the bills. Need more traing regarding dealing with the customers as well as counting. Some staffs not even talk audibly.

Refused to give me access to my own online banking and forcing me a senior citizen to come into banch or atm to do my banking. Poor quality customer service will be switching banks!!

I have banked with Royal bank for 33 years. was a victim of fraud in October resulting in my account being frozen and online access revoked. when I tried to give them my new account number to take payments for my line of credit they refused. was told I would have online access restored after 6 months and when I went in today the branch manager told me they would not be allowing online access due to a high history of fraudulent activity on my account. when I asked what that was they told me the incident in October of 2022 and something in 2014 but they couldnt tell me the details. 2 instances of being a victim of fraud in 33 years and they are treating me like a criminal. if you are thinking of opening an account with RBC highly recommend going with a different bank, their customer service is non existent.

I have been with RBC for DECADES. Avoid at all costs. Do not go here for a mortgage--go elsewhere even if renewing. TD, BOM, WAY better treatment at TD as a new customer and more professional treatment who want our business. Myself and my family all with RBC for decades business and personal are moving away from RBC and looking to move mortgage to TD where they do hold a rate for 120 not increase it on you in the application process like RBC Massey Dr in PG did to my son and not quote an entire %higher than other banks as the Winfield branch did with me as a very long term customer checking renewal rates. I am disgusted with RBC now. Can't wait to move on they keep treating people like this they are going to lose a lot of business but after the way we have been treated I doubt they care. Just got word from TD as I type this review--way better rate held for 120 days! Bye bye RBCnTerrible go elsewhere for all banking.
