Very slow….. to many people in there but only 2 people were actually handling customers even though they have 6 computers there…. Always have to wait there 30mins to 45 mins in the line…. They know people are waiting but still the cashiers want to spends long time with one customer in chi chatting….not not fair for what we pay to RBC

We had to get some paperwork from them for our realtor. Susan and Justin were extremely helpful, patient, and professional the entire time and made sure everything got done correctly. If this situation was a bank on the mainland they wouldn’t have cared or helped liked like this at all. Thank you guys!
