CIBC Branch & ATM

Drove all the way to this location as it says open 10:00-3:00pm … only to find no on working there & the doors locked but lights on. Kind of disappointed

I can never get an answer when calling this branch. When I finally had a return call, my wait time for a meeting with an agent was more than 2 weeks. At another bank, the same attention I required, was performed as a walkin and completed in 10 minutes.

Says their open on Saturdays but drove 100kms and they are closed

Went into the bank today and was shocked at how bad and unprofessional and abusive even the service is in this bank. The way they all quickly clump together without looking at the cause of discomfort to their very poor customer service.nnThis bank has gone knowhere but down hill and they don't appreciate or value there customers in this branch.nTW

Been trying to set up an appointment but to no avail. Called several times and nobody is answering the phones. I had the SAME problem 2 months ago. Yes I leave a message but that is not replied to in a timely manner. 24 hours or more later.
