I had a wonderful experience at the RBC bank branch. The staff is clear and friendly, which made my visit enjoyable.nnI want to especially commend Vanessa Manysiak, the RBC Advisor. She is an exceptional professional—extremely knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely friendly. Vanessa took the time to understand my needs and provided valuable guidance, making me feel completely at ease. Her warm personality and dedication to customer service truly stand out. Never enough wickets open...computers are very slow, as tellers keep apologizing its taking so long.n1 wicket open, staff milling around back and 9 people waiting for service!

Be careful of this branch's tellers. They have issues with counting coins. I asked for 4 rolls of dimes and they provided me with them only to charge me double the cost of them. So now I'm out 20$ for their mistake... Never going to this branch again! Be weary

Had to waste over 3 hours of our time because their useless cards decline at every debit terminal aside from the ones in front of the tellers at the bank. Save your time and bank with someone else as this bank is absolutely useless.

I've been rbc for 5 year with about 7 products and I convince my wife to open account as she works near this branch , but that was one of my nightmare decision, one of the most unprofessional crew you can encounter, what a bad experience and eventually she close her account , please don't do business with this branch , totally unprofessional and un experience cew , a guy open her account can't even do the basic account opening entries, he waste our time & he did put us in such a situation the even online baking won't able to help. Please avoid this branch
