Has to be one of the worst banks I've ever been in. The customer service/experience at this rbc location is precisely the reason I closed all my accounts with rbc.nDo not recommend.

a check got sent to my account that just didn’t have my name on just my account number. And instead of getting hold of me or just sending it back they froze my account I couldn’t pay bills or nothingnThe multimillion dollar firm just made a mistake but not putting my name on it. They could have just sent it back. They didn’t have to freeze my account I even want talked to the manager. He just told me know I’m leaving it like this tell the check clearsnThey sent the check back and still didn’t open my account. It’s time to shut my accounts down and move on
