I booked appointment and after waiting for 35 minutes I was informed the guy I booked with, is unable to have me. The worst part the guy name I* is even unable to give me a courtesy apology call for not meeting me, writing this review after waiting for his call for one week. Three stars cause rest of front staff is amazing. Nice to deal with those people always very helpful.
I have been a member of the Fort Saskatchewan branch for several decades. I have been treated so well there. Especially recently when needing to take care of some payments for my father's estate. They expressed their sympathies and were right on the task. My latest visit, they took their time to help wire an overseas payment that needed to be done meticulously to ensure payment was made in a timely and accurate fashion so-as to avoid lengthy international snail-mail correspondence to find out something may have got entered mistakenly. The teller was so kind, compassionate and thorough that it brought a tear to my eye. Thank you so very much. When it needs a human touch, they are there for you.
Hi i visit there on Friday 1st of may had a great experience all of their team members all very friendly they finish our work in seconds . The employee with the name of Digna have very nice behaviour . We had a great experience
Has to be one of the worst banks I've ever been in. The customer service/experience at this rbc location is precisely the reason I closed all my accounts with rbc.nDo not recommend.
Very nice person helped me, she was patient and all was settled.
