Only giving a 1 cause you can’t give a zero. This is a horrible bank to deal with. That are slow, only tellers on are new and not trained is there not a way to schedule a seasoned teller so they’re not alone. I was in there today with someone they asked the manager a question and she was so rude to her only gave a snarky answer. Completely unprofessional. Please do something about this bank and the manager!!!!
Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Avoid this bank! Take your banking anywhere else but here. Tellers that don't have a clue, being led by their manager Joan Gray who is just as useless.
Was approached by Joan while waiting in line. First she looked at my phone reading what was on my screen then proceeded to be quite rude with me. I felt like she was shaming me for having coins to deposit that are not able to be rolled, and the time it takes to do my deposits for the business I work at. She made me feel like my business was an inconvenience to them. My experience with the tellers on the other hand is very good. All of the tellers are friendly and helpful. I only wish this particular lady followed suit with the rest of the staff and made customer service a priority.
Automatic door, for folks who require assistance, is locked while the opposite door is open. So if you push the button to open the door that is designed to assist anyone who needs this, it wont open. BECAUSE IT'S LOCKED. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out this one cibc.
