Beautiful island, quiet and peaceful. A must-see if you're traveling!
A sweet hidden patch below the Wabasha Bridge. There are cool steps coming down from the Wabasha Bridge to the park area or there's a modern little bridge coming from Harriet Island which isn't a island. The island also contains the Minnesota Boat Club since 1885. There are nice paths, open park area and a bandshell on this little hidden gem. Spectacular views of downtown St Paul, the train lift bridge and of the Mississippi River traffic.
Great Island in the heart of downtown Saint Paul. Weekends will be busy, but during the week around lunch time it can be very peaceful.
Beautifully manicured island. It's a lovely place to go for a walk surrounded by the power of our local river.I love the steps on the downstream end extending into the water. Standing on those steps, I can almost hear the sirens of the river saying, "Come, join us. You'll be safe. Everything is good in here.'
The scenery is nice. You can see the river, bridges, and the downtown skyline. Has a staircase to go up onto the Wabash's Street Bridge into downtown. Only thing I don't like is the every once in a while group of Street bikers and car enthusiasts revving their engines. At the parking circle.
I love the view of the river and city from raspberry! What a beautiful sight to behold. Wish they'd get rid of the yacht club and make it entirely public land but its still a great place to drive down to and relax!
It's a beautiful little piece of life on the water right in the heart of the city. With plenty of space to walk around, play and just sit to enjoy the view, Raspberry Island is a wonderful spot to visit. Being home to the Minnesota Boat Club, there is also a convenient venue to rent out for private events. Definitely worth stopping by!
A little hard to get to but it offers a nice view of the city. It does attract shady characters and some locals refer to this place as "Rapeberry Island" so I wouldn't visit it at night, especially if you are an attractive female. 4/5
Favorite place to go in the summer! So many beautiful views, relaxing river and amazing vibes. A good place to go with your friends and just hang out. Go here the most in the summer!
One of my favorite places to go. Rent a lime scooter and ride around. It’s the funnest!
