Great care received today. They set me up with a log in and promptly my information was available on my dashboard. Doctor was attentive and didn't appear rushed, and the nurse was kind and professional. First health-care experience where I didn't feel like a number.
I have had great experience with both the medical and dental sides and I had been in the hospital 4 weeks ago for diabetic ketoacidosis and I got out and needed to make a follow up appmt and they got me in the day I called just a few hrs later and got help and they were so nice to me and the dentist side I was always called by my name and always wore a new pair of shoes it seemed and my dentists assistant always loved them and made comments about them and they are always personal and they listen. So, I've had great experience there. Thank you.
I couldn't get in to see the female provider that was recommended to me for two weeks. I did see an older man doctor who was cool. That's why I give a 2. When my appointment came up with the female I was told a student would be there also. No problem. Yes there was, he was the only one that saw me, which was ok. Except when I asked for a referral for neurologist and rheumatalogist I was denied and told to make an appointment with a psychiatrist! I let these people know that I oversee my health. I was given 3 prescriptions all together. Which I needed. When I needed refills on my B/P meds the triage nurse said I was 16 days early, which was not true. Because I couldn't make it in on the time she scheduled had a chiro appointment I was told I would have to wait and not get my arthritis meds or my anxiety meds for the next 10 days. Controlling people they are. What did I do? I called ND for I had to see a doc there, he sent both meds to SD and since I have good insurance, I now see a doctor on line. I recieved 3 months supply of medicine and I will never have to deal with the likes of these people again.
Experienced providers and mostly great nurses help make visits a little less stressful. Pharmacy staff is excellent, and income-based treatment/prescriptions make healthcare available for all. Clean, modern facilities help with the overall positive experience.
For two and half weeks now I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment and they keep telling me to call back. And they do walk ins but you probably won’t get in. What’s the point of a low income/no insurance dentist if you don’t schedule appointments? Worse customer service EVER. I’d rather be $1,000 in debt because at least I’d get better customer service
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! the dentist was rude, barley looked in my mouth & told me just to use mouth wash. He didn't even try to figure out the problem, just walked away. I been in pain for days tried everything & paid $150 to be told to use mouth wash. It's ridiculous. I will never return.
Wow the lady in the dental area was just so rude! I was asking questions and she started to act like I was “arguing” with her. She literally said “we aren’t bringing race into this” when nothing was said in that direction at all! She was going to give me a card for a different place we could go but then pulled the card back and would give it to me. I am taking my insurance somewhere else but Please be aware that this kind of unprofessional behavior is being condoned at this place. Power trip like crazy!!
Came here asking to pay everything up front. They told me i was good after paying about 150. Three months later i get a bill for 233 that they said was already overdue.
I actually don't mind the Dr.s, but in the history of my time going thereyears, the pharmacy staff treats customer like they are less human than they are. They always act like snobs. They don't smile or treat people with dignity or respect. I have tried to engage them in friendly greeting but are always ignored. This is only at the Pine Street pharmacy.
Went today as a walk-in with my mom knowing there was a huge chance we wouldn’t be seen. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful and efficient on their end. We played the waiting game all day, and luckily we were squeezed in. It paid off. All of the staff were courteous. It was very hard to get in as a walk-in, but please be patient and kind they are doing the absolute best they can.
