The very rude and grumpy receptionist sets the tone for the entire visit. Once you get into the appointment you cannot be late for, and as you wait, and wait some more, you will easily understand why I would rather let my teeth rot before I ever go there again. The way this dentist places blame is out of line. During my visit, this grown man was basically yelling at a small child like he was angry at the frightened child and then approached the parent with a, " Thank you for your patience and understanding, hearing that, he'll be fine. " Two other employees get to discuss the children as sissies. In my humble opinion, this is very unprofessional. A paid in full bill = a half of a deep clean. I will take the loss from how intimidated I feel while in this office. I will not allow my children to be treated this way, my wife, or myself, ever again. They do have great parking!

This is the worst dentist ever!!!!! They had really bad bed side manner. The dentist here was very rude to me and actually yelled at me and when the higenist cleaned my teeth they hurt me they used a water pick and when I told them that they were hurting me they didn't even care this was such a bad experience and they didn't even clean my whole mouth and I had to wait for dental work to be done they only did one thing they spose to do two things at once but they didn't SO DO NOT EVER GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT THIS DENTIST SUCKS!!!!!!! And the copays we're redeculously high I couldn't understand like $15 dollars for a visit and then $30 for a cleaning and almost $50 for a cavity!!!!!!

I am a nurse and I know you do not treat patients the way this establishment treats their patients. I will never go to this dentist again.

First time I’ve ever left a review on any company ever. If possible I’d rate 0/5. I had to reschedule my appointment after missing it due to being on call. I told the receptionist to call before the appointment for a simple reminder like every dentist in my life has ever done. They called. Then hung up after 3 seconds with no voice message. I tried calling back 4 or 5 times and nobody answered. I called a day or so after and nobody answered any calls. This is 100% the worst dentist office I’ve never been to.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dentists office. Dr didn’t introduce himself, was very rough when examining my teeth, and was very rude. The dr make rude snarky comments about how people like me make his job harder and I wouldn’t be in pain if I actually took care of my teeth. His own nurses were appalled by his behavior and chair side manner. I would rather deal with the pain of a broken tooth forever than have him touch me again.

I go to this Dentist office and so do my family and friends and there kids only Dentis I trust and helpful with tips on fixing or preventing damage teeth. The staff is great and location is nice parking is open I love it 10 out of 10!!
