Randal P. Swartwood DDS

I have been a dental patient of Dr, Swartwood for years. Even though I am now a Florida resident the last few years I still come back to Syracuse for my dental care. I just have more confidence on him than the dentist here in Florida whom I got the impression are more interested in doing more work than what is really needed. I just trust his judgement and competence.

I have never been found of going to the dentist but I have found one that makes it almost pleasant because of how I am treated. From Dr Swartwood himself to Joanne his hygienist and Gayle the secretary you feel at home as soon as you walk in. His assistant, Tammy is very friendly and professional. My husband and I are both patients. We travel from Henderson down to his office for our appointments and once we started with him never considered switching for convenience sake.

Dr. Swartwood was my dentist for a long time, but when my insurance changed, I made the HUGE mistake of switching to a different dentist. I will never make that mistake again. My whole family is back with Dr. Swartwood's office and we will never go anywhere else. We feel at home as soon as we walk in, and he is amazing at getting to the bottom of any issues we have and helping us with the minimal amount of treatment necessary. Joanne's cleanings are so quick and gentle, and she is patient and wonderful with our children. I recommend this office to everyone.

My husband, Ed, and I have been patients of Dr. Swart wood for many years. He is the best dentist. .he even has come into work on a weekend twice when Ed had problems. His dental assistant, who is also his wife, Joanne is wonderful. You are warmly greeled by his receptionist, Gayle.who is a great taskmaster between the phone, incoming patients and any other responsibility she has. Ed and I both would highly recommend Dr. Swart wood and his staff.
