The staff is fantastic, warm and friendly! Happy to help you with any dental situation you might have. I went from not seeing a dentist in 10 years because of a fear of dentists, which led to many dental issues to getting all my needed dental work done in under 2 months! I walked in with an abscessed tooth and was seen within 20 mins. Dr. Zimmerman and Dr. Mead are both amazing as well as the support staff. I recommend them to everybody!!!!

My spouse and I have been coming to Dr. Zimmerman and Dr. Mead for years now, always getting wonderful care quickly, in a clean professional environment. Well today's visit was extra special, because it was my 3 y/o daughter's first visit. Watching the staff that have taken such great care of me take the time to ease my little girl into her first cleaning was a true testament to what a versatile practice Downtown Dental Syracuse is! I recommend them to everyone!

I have been going to Dr. Zimmerman since I was little girl, six to be exact. I am now 30, and can't imagine my mouth being cared for by anyone else. Some people dread going to the dentist, but I don't. Downtown Dental is truly the best practice in Syracuse, everyone in Syracuse should have their teeth cleaned here! I know I get the best of the best at DDS, xrays, oral cancer screenings, receding gum testing-if there ever is a problem I know they will be quick to find it and get it fixed. Gentle, caring, wholesome, genuine practice, you aren't just a number here. If you are questioning your current dentist (and it isn't Dr. Z), make the switch!

I had a permanent filling after a root canal treatment with Dr Tyler Mead. He's a great great dentist. He took a good care of my tooth to remove the decay and put the new filling in. He also made sure after the operation that the contact between the two teeth are perfect. The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is great. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
