For the longest time, I had been wanting to try this place. Much to my complete and utter disappointment, hubby and I finally tried it today. 1 Completely overpriced. 2 Should be truthful in disclosing that it is an Herbalife distributor/multilevel marketer establishment. 3 Today’s average consumer knows more about nutrition. The teas we had were undrinkable mixtures of ice, water and an Herbalife “energy drink” packet — 2 small beverages for over $13. No thank you! Ottawa has much better offerings.
I love this place. I go there every day. I wish there was a way to put some urgency in there. I come on my to work. One person make the shake one person make the tea? Again. I love this place super friendly staff. Please increase your sense of urgency! I would go here every day but I can not handle the slow moving employees. 2 employees one make your tea then same employee makes your shake eventually mean while the other employees lolly gags around. 9/10 times I am the only customer there. Should not be waiting. I'm either on break or on my way to work. Speed it up!
Great place, I love the Nutrition shakes, it's a place sit and relax, and great owners, I recommend, Definitely delicious
I can't say enough about this little gem!! The teas have given me my energy back. I have gone off 1 Rx for my fibromyalgia. I have lost weight and the shakes are better than DairyQueen and healthier. Definately worth the wait when its busy.
It’s good I guess but I was looking for coffee places and they don’t sell coffee, also I don’t know what it is about some of the shakes but they make your mouth really dry and the pretty in pink tastes like pedialite, staff was patient and nice though
My first time here.. was recommended by a friend. I didn’t know it was Herbalife until I got there. I tried a peach tea and a snickers shake.. wow! Excellent! I’ll be back regularly:
I recommend you lower your prices, I have been with HL for some time and your prices are high. You do offer great cups and many options which has helped I'm sure. But get down to at least eight dollars seven is what we have found to be ideal. If you can do that I beleive you will do much better. I eould go there every day becuase it on the way to school and my gym and would be convenience for me but at that price point I will donit my self. I will check in a few weeks and will give you the two other stars if the is better. You guys are doing everything else perfect keep it up.
Decided to try something different for lunch. The Snickers shake was very delicious! And the pomegranate tea tasted good!
Do not support Herbalife clubs. Herbalife exploits minorities and the financially desperate. The drinks may be good, but the ethics are out of whack.
Great drinks! Awesome staff! They even let kids sit in the shop to wait for the bus! Away from the cold! Love this place!
