The Ramada is nestled in a suburban setting, less than four miles from downtown Providence. Our 84 guest rooms are are beautifully appointed and and feature 3 unique styles ~ Executive suites, Deluxe rooms and Standard rooms, with some providing built in refrigerators, microwaves and as well as French doors separating a living room and bedroom. Special room rates are available for overnight groups of 10 rooms or more, as well as for travelers with frequent lodging requirements.

My experience was a great one. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Kim. Very lovely pleasant woman. The place was very clean and the free breakfast is amazing. Everything is freshly made. Real scrambled eggs, bacon, potato, cornbeef hash, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea and my favorite a waffle station. You make your own. It was awesome. All they need is an indoor pool and it would be perfect. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Fantastic stay! The lobby is filled with beautiful artifacts and night auditor/receptionist was super! Room was extremely nice. The breakfast was full & hot...the breakfast space was somewhat dated, thus the 4 star rating. Everything else was better than expected.

I had originally booked with Motel 6 June 23..we had to get out of this drug infested place. We quickly called Ramada..when we got there the room we reserved was not available however Alan at the desk upgraded us. Without hesitation! The room was excellent. Thank you Alan for making our visit a great one!

Run down with repairs needed. TV closet doors missing, heat lamp in bathroom wouldn't turn off. Breakfast was fine, first time we've seen corned beef hash.

Horrible customer service. The absolute worse hotel I've ever stayed in. This hotel is filthy and unsafe for children. Hotel staff was rude and not accommodating to any of my family members who stayed. I found dirty tissues and garbage in our room when we checked in. Nothing smelled clean. I found a hair tie in my bed. Towels felt like sand paper. There was hair in the bathroom sink. There was no air conditioning in the breakfast area. I'd guess it was about 90 degrees in that room. I could go on and on. I will never stay at the Ramada Inn again.
