Location, location, location. Historic and spacious with many newly renovated rooms with a view of the Harbor. It is within walking distance of many quaint shops and restaurants as well as a walking/ bike trail to beautiful park.

Polite staff. Clean spacious rooms. Had an issue and they handled it very well. 10% our stay and the issue was remedied the next day.

Service for dinner was spectacular. The food was sub par. Also, the couple next to me has both of their orders incorrect.

Be very careful if you want to stay at this hotel and use an advance rate. The trade off for that discounted rate is the risk of paying 90% of your ENTIRE stay in the event of a late cancellation. I had to cancel because of a family emergency, and they exercised ZERO flexibility, and for two nights I am being charged $425. The advance rate wasn't even my selection, it was coordinated through a local sponsoring club, but even with these considerations explained, they wouldn't exercise any discretion. Not a good way to do business.
