Went for a night out with the Grandkids and had the BEST time ever!!!nPool was amazingly and the waterslide was a highlight!!!nThe staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is extremely clean.nBreakfast was amazing and had many choices including hot options and delicious baconnKaren the manager made us feel welcomed!!!nWe can't wait to come back!!!nIf you want a fantastic night out, this is definitely the hotel to stay at.nEverything was perfect!!!
I stayed at the Ramada in Camrose and was really impressed. Joe at the front desk was polite, helpful, and made check-in easy. He even convinced me to switch over from where I usually stay — and I’m glad he did.nnMy room 413 was spotless, organized, and comfortable. The bed was great, and I especially appreciated the desk for getting my work done while traveling through BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan this was the best room. The kitchenette was a nice touch too. The only thing missing this time was that I couldn’t bring my wife along, since I was here working — but I’ll definitely be back through.nnI haven’t tried the breakfast yet, but based on the rest of my stay, I’m sure it’ll be just as good. Clean, comfortable, and professional I’m sold on Ramada from here on out.nnOverall, great first impression and excellent customer service from Joe. I’ll definitely be coming back here.
Great modern hotel at the edge of Camrose. Room was clean and quiet. Pool was a good temperature and kept clean, even though it was busy. The free breakfast was fine and as expected but nothing extraordinary.
We took our daughter and her friends for her birthday to this beautiful hotel in Camrose. Not only was the staff exceptional from the time we walked in until we left, they even allowed us to leave late so the girls could enjoy the pool longer. The buffet breakfast was better than most hotels I’ve stayed at in a very long time, right down to their coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Camrose or anyone who lives in Camrose looking for a great night out with your partner, girls night or any event. We will definitely be back.
Checking in was fast and the lady was great. Walking down the hall to our room there was a toilet in the hall, it stayed there over night. Entered the room, it was dated. As we were getting settled I found an open bag of chips in the cupboard. The fridge was filthy. The chaise chair was so worn out that you would sink if you sat on it. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. Unfortunately the lady started cleaning everything up before 10, with guests clearly still eating. Shared the lack of cleanliness of our room while checking out. The young lady working barely had a reaction, never mind an apology.
