We were blown away at the cleanliness of the room and everything in it. Even the couch was vacuumed - I have never seen that !! The hotel, as well as the rooms, are updated and have every convenience needed blow dryer, alarm clock, kcup coffee maker, iron etc. The amazing lady that checked us in was doing tricks to keep the hotel afloat as she was alone answering calls, taking customers, and answering to hotel issues. She remained calm, collected, and cheerful throughout every interaction when I was stressed for her! She deserves a raise and help! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to a friend. Was a great stay!
Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable along with the pillows. Had a restful, peaceful couple of nights. Staff and customer service are very accommodating. They have a variety of food for breakfast and good. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend this hotel first on your list.
Stayed one night kid’s there seemed to be having fun on the water slide. Found the wall HVAC unit quite loud when it was pumping a/c but it kept us comfortable. The room / hotel was nice and clean, the staff courteous. We were outside the elevator and it still wasn’t noisy.
We had a great stay but a few things could be improved.nThe pool deck surface is kind of gross and gritty with hard water stains and flaking off. The bathroom shower facet was extremely hard to turn on and there was almost no water pressure.nWe enjoyed how big the pool, hot tub and area in general was. Since it was fairly empty it was a great pool experience.nWhen we checked in the person at the front desk was super friendly
We had an amazing stay. The staff were so helpful every day, Tanya at the front desk and Bev who cleaned our room, I could not have asked for more. I left my earbuds in the room and Tanya called me as soon as housekeeping brought them to the desk to let me know they were there. We had had some powerflickers at the hotel and an outage at the rec centre where I was working I was concerned the course I was running would not be able to procede but Tanya was so helpful and let me know we could use the conference room if needed. Thank you everyone who made my stay lovely. Leah P.S. I also had a lovely chat with your maintenace guy as he was fixing the ice machine. Kudos all around.
