Excellent service!! From our request for early check-in after driving all night, Lorelei, at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Personable, efficient and overall just couldn’t do enough to help us. Wonderful staff! Ruth in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Knew all the locals by name and remembered ours on our second breakfast in the hotel. Funny, personable and fantastic service. Breakfasts were enjoyable and decent portions. The rooms are basic, very clean and staff are happy to help to ensure you are comfortable. Overall, great value, central location to golf, restaurants and movie theatres etc…No frills but worth a stay.
The hotel has had some updates. Bedding and mattress were excellent.nThe bathroom was renovated and clean however a little dark. The couches were awful. Old, old and broke down sleeper sofas. Too gross looking to sit on unfortunately.
The Gravity Lounge:nnThe food awful, I am actually shocked they still have a licenses to serve food. The service very very slow, shouldn't take 20 minutes to receive a beer, but not just a beer a warm beer a joke really. The atmosphere was just as unpleasant, tables not cleaned and the floor was very dirty. I should of left as soon as I noticed how very uncared the lounge was. Definitely do not recommend and to avoid for health reasons !
When we walking into the front lobby it was extreamly beautiful and the front desk staff were so nice and friendly and helpful.Then we got up to our room and it was so cozy and comfortable and clean it was amazing we also went down to the Hager Cafe that they have in the hotel and the breakfeast and the service was impecable amazing food and service highly recommend you stay here you wont be disappointed.
It was convenient and comfortable stay at Days Inn Camrose. They were accommodating, kind and welcoming.
