Room was super clean, but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. That was unpleasant. Unfortunately, they were a full and couldn’t put me elsewhere. Could hear neighbours tv at 3 am as if it were my own. Super thin walls. There is a lounge and what seems to be a club/bar attached as well. Was awake till 4 am with people walking the hallway being very loud. Breakfast buffet was your typical microwaved eggs etc .I wouldn’t stay here again by choice as I wasn’t rested by morning and really didn’t enjoy the cigarette smell. But for some this may not be an issue. I will say any staff there, including what seemed to be a bouncer, were super friendly. And again, the room was really clean. Still giving a good rating as I don’t like to bring down businesses online rating when it’s not anything major.
Good hotel. Easy check in and out. Free breakfast was great long with the staff we met. It’s an older building used to be The Norseman Inn but maintained well. Would definitely stay again next we are in Camrose
Great stay. Great breakfast. Room was clean and nicely updated. Could have used night tables on both sides of the bed and we found the bed quite firm. Will definitely stay again.
We're enjoyed the breakfasts that were included at Hagar's, but what made the visit was the excellent staff that we interacted with including the front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping.nnWe would recommend this hotel
Our room was large and clean, although the small window made it feel dreary. It was quite dark and all the lights needed to be on, even with the curtains in the one small window open. The main issue with this property is that, although called a conference center, there is no business center located here. We were informed that in order to have our documents printed we would have to email the staff who would then print from their computer. Quite unacceptable. We will not be staying here again.
