I highly recommend this automotive shop! Ram consistently provides competitive prices compared to other shops. I've brought my car there couple times, and he has always been fair and honest with both the service and parts. The customer service is excellent, and he completes the work in a timely manner. I always recommend Ram when someone asks me for a mechanic.
Best customer service ever! I had a flat tire and needed it fixed urgently, and these guys fixed it within a couple minutes. Highly recommend this auto repair shop! Really nice people and great customer service!
After my water pump failed I nearly damaged my engine very badly. Good Tire recommended that I go here right away to get my car taken care of right away.nnWhen I arrived, the man at the front counter was very calm and polite. I think that is crucial as no one is going to be very happy when their car is decidedly dead.nnHe didn't take long to process my vehicle and told me that although replacing the water pump is a lot of work, they will get it back to me the same day!nnAfter taking a quick peek into the shop area I can see why they can do this because they have a ton of hoists inside. They are ready for anything that comes their way.nnWhen I got my car back, the bill was not abhorrent at all. It was fair and easy to understand. On the left side was the broken down cost for materials and on the right side was the breakdown of the labour costs. Easy, simple and understandable.nnThe one drawback is that it is a little put of the way and there is really not much around the building.nnPRO TIP - Be prepared to take a taxi or Über as they don't have any loaner cars to provide you.nnThat is not the end of the world because they can get to your car so quickly that you are not really in a situation that you need a loaner car.nnJohn William Wade and Associates now also recommends their services and thanks Good Tires for the recommendation.

Worst place to ever get your work done. When we first go to them they gave us estimate of $700 but when we go to pick up the car they charge us $1600. They don't know how to talke to their custmors.
