Excellent service! They were very helpful sourcing a used window for my rear quarter and the price for that and the windshield were great. Communication was excellent. I love that they encourage food bank donations too. 10/10. Will be back!
My auto dealer took my car there to fix sunroof closing issue. They tried fixing it three times different days. Went there with sunroof closing issue. Now my sunroof won't open neither close. Shade does not work. Didn't put back panels properly and left all my interior ceiling with greasy marks. If you're trying to fix sunroof issue it's better to take your business somewhere else.
We have been using CalAlta North for probably upwards of 15 years now. Customer service is always wonderful. Quick turnaround. Reasonable prices compared to competitors. I love their Veterans Food Drive initiative too!
Replaced my windshield with super short notice and staff were extremely helpful and just a pleasure to speak with. The next day there were a few minor adjustments that needed attention and a technician named Mike dropped what he was doing and helped me with no prior notice and was courteous and fast. Absolutely love this business and cannot recommend them enough.
When we visit a business for service, we have certain expectations. They certainly exceeded expectations. Prompt, friendly, and very professional. They certainly know the value of a client. From front office staff, to Cory and the other gentleman in the back, they represent a well ran business. Thank You for the exceptional service.
