Highly recommend!! I woke up to a smashed window on my vehicle. These guys saved the day by getting me booked in the same day and replaced my window in less than 40 minutes! I’ve waited longer for an oil change before! I was amazed at how friendly, quick, professional and affordable this shop is. I will definitely be back to get my windshield replaced!
Awesome service. Had our truck window smashed by a theif on Saturday morning. Called around to get some replacement quotes and they not only had the best price but were able to get us in Monday morning. Repair was quick and affordable. Shout out to Kayley sorry if I spelled it wrong who was super lovely from my initial call, to getting the window wrapped, to the day of the appointment. Highly reccomend.
Whilst staying in Calgary I had my rear window smashed out and stuff stolen from my car. No surprise there. Honda dealers had no glass - no surprise there, either. I call up CalAlta and beg for a miracle and sure enough, they’ve got the glass in stock, at a super reasonable price. No arguing with me for wanting to just purchase the glass and install it myself, super happy about that. Got there as quick as I could and had the glass in hand in less than 5 minutes. Saved my whole trip. Thank you very much, CalAlta.
I’ve always left here feeling that I made a good choice - and isn’t that what matters most.nI got a rock chip less than 100km from home on a 14,346km road trip! It hit the outer top/left of the glass and spread from 1” to 8” before I had chance to take it in. Cory made no promises but put his talents to the test. So far, all is good. Fortunately, most of the crack is under the line of the sun visor. I’ve used Cal-Auto Glass about 3 times for various glass needs and they have always given prompt, courteous service even though they are usually very busy. Advice beyond expectations. Thank you.
I took the wife's Mini in to have the windshield replaced, we have had some rock chips repaired, and I priced out a replacement at that time probably over a year ago was $180.00 the cost now is $250.00nEveryone was friendly and the young boy was great at PR, so I did not shop around for another place to do our hail damage Windshield.nWas there before 8 and on my way in just over an hour.nI know our car had a lot of damage but I would have thought some care in putting in the windshield would have been taken.nThis is before and after pictures of the bottom molding, I was informed they do not remove it just pry it up, and it was old and sun checked so basically the rubber trim is destroyed, the one piller trim that survived the hail was just shoved back in over the rubber trim at the bottom, if your a mini owner you kow that most times the little flap at the top of the windshield needs to be glued back in place , on the driver's side it was just left loose. The door seal on the corner was not fitted back properly and the black glue used on the corner was also on the inside piller molding, it was not a big deal for me to fix and clean, but the attitude of the tech that did the windshield is a big reason I'm doing this review, I'm very familiar with the car and when I showed him my concerns he was short with me and blew me off, if he would have addressed my concerns or just said nothing, I probably would have just left things be, So then I looked even closer.nThe dash was dirty, the inside piller trim is scratched, the piller trim seems to vibrate over 100 km and there is a lot of wind noise, I will update things once I replace all the trim and the missing piller trim if that eliminates the wind noise.nLook over your car before you pay, in hind sight that is what I should have done.nI would not take any of my cars back to have a windshield replaced here or if you expect quality or care taken with your car.nWes.
