Was looking for a reliable shop and was referred to Hawkwood. Kyle went out of his way to explain what was wrong, showed me the parts off my car, explained what happened and they got the repair done much faster then expected, plus it drives great again. Price was also reasonable for the work. Will definitely be back for any future issues.

Been going for years. Owner even offered to check the pressure of my tires for free! Highly trusted. Book in advance because they are busy! And rightly so!
The technician misdiagnosed a simple issue with my wife's car that ended up costing us about $1000. When I asked them to fix the the actual problem with the car at no extra cost to us they refused. So, right now we are $1000 in the hole with the same problem with the car.nnI chose Hawkwood because I heard that their customer experience was top-notch. This was definitely not the case for us. We will not be returning to this shop.
Thanks to Kyle and the crew. Great work and trustworthy. Wish I would have come here sooner. Will definitely be back.
