Ralph's Plumbing Service

Can not attest to their actual service capabilities but I can tell you that they got backed up and couldn't meet our pre-established appointment time and didn't even bother to inform us. An entire day off work staring at the window to just be forgotten about. Tread carefully.

On their website they mention free estimates, but they would not give me an estimate but said they charged by the hour. They brought one guy out for a gas hookup, and grossly overestimated the work to be done. They brought out another guy to come take a look, said they would need to research what needs to be done and then left without clearly communicating what the next step would be. We got a second opinion, and the other company we went with was able to get the job done in less than two hours, when Ralph estimated eight hours of labor. I'm sure they could've gotten the job done eventually, but going with a more knowledgeable company who communicated more clearly and respectfully was the right move for us.

I called Ralph’s because I wanted them to replace the bathtub faucet and the knobs for brand new ones because mine were looking moldy and just plain ugly. I provided them with the new set for them to change it. 2 plumbers came in tracking mud into my home no rain that day, a considerable amount of mud although I have 4 rugs prior to the entrance. Ok not the biggest deal but sort of annoying. Upon changing the parts, they installed all these parts on top of the very thick black mold and sealed it. Why wouldn’t they wipe the black mold before applying the transparent sealant on top??? It would have just taken a wipe that I had available. To top it all off, they take the brand new shower head that came in the box of the parts I provided. Why would they take parts that don’t belong to them? Very questionable. Will not ask for their services again for as long as I live in Minot
