The Crane Company Septic & Sewer

Great for basic and emergency septic pumping but be cautious when hiring them for anything beyond that. In my experience they came out to check for septic blockage and disregarded where I told them my leech field was and ended up connecting a pipe to an unopened end of a fitting which caused me to fail a needed dye test and charged $780 and act like they did nothing wrong when I contact them about the problem.

I called at 8:00 this morning, my Mother’s sewer needed to “snaked” asap. The gentleman on the phone said he could get someone there within an hour or so. That was great, because not one other place I called yesterday in the Syracuse area returned my call! I received a call from Kris that he was on his way, and he was at my Mom’s in about 40 minutes or so from Oneida. He was extremely professional and helpful. Kris did an amazing job, very nice to talk to and said if we had any problems in the future to give a call. I could not have been happier with the service from Crane Company. I will be sharing with friends for sure. Also, Crane Company came highly recommended by Potter Heating, they gave me the phone number of Crane. Thank you so much.
