Eggan Septic & Environmental Services

We would like the community to know that there are 2 different Eggan companies in Rome NY. This Eggan is the original and premiere company in this area for over 50 years. Please be sure that you are posting your comments with the proper company. I have worked for Eggan for over 20 years. We have always strived for exemplary customer service. Although we cannot solve every issue, if you have a problem with our service, please call and talk to me and I will do my best to resolve your issues.

We had Eggan deliver pool water for our new pool. The owner Doug delivered it him self because, in order to fit my schedule, it was after normal business hours. he was right on time, dropped one load and went and got the second one. by now it was at least 10:00 PM. and to my surprise I needed a third load. Doug went and brought a third load and didn't even think otherwise. Nowhere else would you receive that kind of service. I would recommend Eggan to anyone for anything you need. They are a very well run professional company and treat their customers as they would their own. 5+ stars for sure!!!

Eggan's have taken care of my septic tank for several years and always demonstrate great customer service as well as pride in the work they do. Last year I had them fill my in ground pool with water and the timing of the delivery was so important after the new liner was installed - they were totally dependable and so pleasant to deal with. Great people and place to do business with.

AWESOME Customer service, on time, very knowledgeable and courteous. Prices were reasonable and Douglas was the best in helping us understand the issue with our septic. You cannot go wrong with this company!
