Story

Raining Relief is a muscle therapy clinic that has recently expanded into a health & aerial fitness facility. We offer muscle therapy treatments with our licensed practitioners as well as Aerial Yoga Fitness, Pole Fitness, Stretch, Conditioning and other fitness classes (Starting May 15 2017). We are here to offer certified and insured classes and our mission is to be the go to aerial arts & muscle center in Grande Prairie.

I have been coming here for a couple years, my therapist invited me to join when she left her previous studio. The girls are amazing, very skilled and professional. I have had therapeutic massages by 3 different therapists and they are all incredible. Direct billing and online booking are a breeze.

Had a relaxation massage with Karissa today. She was friendly and timely to get me into the room for a massage. I was extremely relaxed and happy with my massage, I’ll certainly return in the future. The only issues are that the rooms lack in sound insulation so it’s easy to hear noises outside the room, and the location itself wasn’t the easiest to find in the heart of the industrial area. That being said, the pros certainly outweigh the cons, and surely will be coming back.

Just had a deep tissue with Kiera. First time there and was a great experience.  Highly recommended if your looking for deep tissue or sports injury related therapy. She also offered cupping at no additional charge which was neat and very beneficial.

Michelle Bedhomme is an excellent RMT! 
I have been to several RMT’s over the years and Michelle used techniques and showed me stretches nobody else had before .
She properly diagnosed my referred pain and actually treated muscles correlated to the referred pain instead of just massaging where it hurt. 
She discussed the inflammation with the referred pain what was happing to my body due to the repetitive nature of my job (dental hygienist) and is helping me to progress to getting better long term and prolonging my career. I’ve never felt better after a massage. I booked again with her right away.

I have booked massages with several establishments over the last few years and I am very pleased to have found Raining Relief Massage. I have had work done by two therapists there and have found both of them to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. This type of service is of course very personal and it's important to be comfortable. The staff are very approachable and the atmosphere is very positive. I fully trust and recommend Raining Relief Massage.
