The man there is really nice and polite.
China visa photos including digital file for $19. Quick service. Near the food court so can get something to eat/drink while you wait.

They are really professional and nice. I took almost every VISA photos for different countries at the place. I got my photo for Chinese passport there with a CD, the lady even mentioned me what I need to bring on my reserved day to the Consulate General.
It looks like an old school Chinese photo booth but the result is actually pretty impressive, way better than Costco’s cheap but lame photos.
Very efficient. Gets the job done for your visa photo needs.
