You can never go wrong with the Honeycomb flavor ice cream at Rain or Shine. I got to go back after 8 years, and everything was still the same. The staff was friendly, and the ice cream was great. I loved the Honeycomb and Lavender flavors. The waffle cone was yummy too. They also have a water station and a washroom. Love them!
No wonder people willingly line up for this delicious ice cream! I tried their Burnt Honey ice cream, it was so creamy and rich with the flavour of honey and milk. What makes them very special is that their ice cream cones are freshly made in their store.
I tried Rain or Shine for the first time yesterday evening and the ice cream and service was beyond what I expected! I had my two dogs with me and they aren’t allowed inside, so one of the employees Kyle offered to take my order outside and hold my dogs while I went to pay. The awesome customer service and willingness to help and be kind that Kyle displayed was amazing! I hope he sees this and is rewarded! Thank you for accommodating me!nI had the blackberry goat cheese ice cream and the strawberry. The waffle cone was delicious and fresh. This is my new favorite ice cream shop in BC!
Hits the spot. Creamy. Satisfying. The strawberry flavour tastes like an actual fresh fruit jam.nExtra generous amount of servings nYou might have to line up for a couple of minutes.
If there's one thing that sells in Vancouver, it's ice cream. Vancouverites are in love with ice cream.nnMy favorite flavours here are the malted chocolate and the salted caramel. I love the toffee bits in the malt, absolutely gorgeous. The line ups are long but well worth it.nnRain or shine, all year round, another heavy weight contender in the industry.
