I highly recommend everyone to try their new flavor: Rocky Road!nCut into small pieces of marshmallows and butter flavored roasted peanut pellets, the whole scoop is satisfying!nAnd every time I go to Earnest, I can't help but buy pints to take home.nToday, I heard that they have an environmental recycling activityAfter eating and washing the pints, you can receive a one dollar recycling reward by taking them to the store for recycling.
Our favorite ice cream in the whole lower mainland. My favorites are lavender shortbread and field berries cheesecake! Too bad they are seasonal and not available year round my husband is a big fan of their whiskey hazelnut. I like many of their ice creams are mixed with those chunky toppings which I don't find in other places. Their servers are all very friendly. Prices are reasonable and often pretty decent scoop size! They update their menu every month so better check there might be something you want to try!
This is absolutely the best ice cream place in the greater Vancouver. I have been to too many ice cream places every where, but Earnest is the top one. They don’t have too many flavor options, but every single one tastes good. Not just good at the flavor, but also good at the ice cream quality. You can tell they use good dairy and other ingredients. My all time favorite is London Fog, chocolate, and vanilla. They have seasonal flavors too, I was super obsessed with Irish Cream flavor, but sadly they didn’t have it back.
Earnest Ice Cream feels warm and welcoming the moment you walk in. The shop has a cozy neighborhood vibe, and it is easy to see why people keep coming back. It never feels rushed, even when there is a line.nnThe ice cream tastes rich and thoughtfully made. Flavors are smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet. You can tell they care about quality and ingredients. Even the classic flavors feel special here.
Very good! I got a single scoop gluten-free waffle cone with two flavors. I also really wanted the walnut caramel crunch as a topping on the cone. This is under there sundae list. I asked for it in a container with the cone upside down on top. It was amazing!!!nnMy husband is a mild celiac. The server took extra care by washing the scoop in the sink with soap and hot water.nnHe had the gluten free waffle cone with two scoops. He said this was some of the best two types of ice creams he has had. He got the mint chocolate chip the chocolate shavings were thin enough to melt in the mouth, and the peanut butter chocolate chip.
