We got the Tiramiru and Matha.nNot sure if it's finger cookies but the soft crumbs in the ice cream were excellent! I enjoyed nibbling them with the yummy ice cream and crispy cone.nThe matcha is amazing, it tasted very matcha but not bitter at all. The best part is it's not too sweet, cause usually all the ice cream is overly sweet. If you're looking for something light, go with Matcha.nTheir cones were thinner than those of other shops, it's nice and fresh.

AMAZING best ice cream I’ve had to date. The selection of unique flavours was almost as sweet as the amazing staff who are eager to ensure you are satisfied when you walk out that door they offer unlimited samples and are gonna make sure you made the right selection when you re done thanks again!
Earnest Ice Cream never misses! The salted caramel is my absolute staple, perfectly rich and addictive every time. I also tried the seasonal Sticky Toffee Pudding and Black Forest Cake flavours and they were unreal. So much depth, so much flavour, and you can taste the quality in every scoop. Easily one of the best ice cream spots in Vancouver!
