Ernest Ice Cream was the perfect end to our Friday date night! After dinner, we wandered over for dessert and were so impressed by both the unique flavors and quality.nnI tried the sweet corn and blueberries - which sounds unusual but was absolutely incredible! The sweet corn base was creamy and subtly sweet, and the blueberries added the perfect burst of freshness. John went with the key lime pie and it was like having the actual dessert in ice cream form - tart, creamy, and perfectly balanced.nnThe staff was knowledgeable about the flavors and happy to let us sample before deciding. The quality is clearly top-notch - you can taste that they use real, premium ingredients. The shop has a great vibe too, perfect for a casual date night stroll.nnWe're already planning our next visit to try more flavors. If you're looking for creative, high-quality ice cream in Vancouver, Ernest is a must-try!
Amazing and delicious flavors! Everything in compostable and they let you try as many flavours as you want before picking one. One scoop does only allow you one flavor but it’s a pretty big scoop.nnDef check it out if you are in the area! The whiskey hazelnut, green tea, London fog were so good

The Salted Caramel is a classic for a reason, but their seasonal flavors like Rhubarb Oat Crumble or Whiskey Hazelnut are where they really shine.nnLove their commitment to sustainability too — the reusable glass jars are a great touch. Staff are friendly, and the vibe is always warm and inviting. Perfect for a treat after dinner or an afternoon stroll.nnHighly recommend if you’re visiting Vancouver or just want to support a thoughtful local business.
Got to try this place years back when visiting Vancouver and couldn’t forget the unique flavour - basil ice cream we’ve had the last time! Knew we had to be back and knew we wouldn’t be disappointed. An iconic place! Pic of recent menu attached. We’ve had the matcha and Tahitian vanilla they are also so so good together on a cone! and Blackberry Conrinader yep! You’ve read that right! it was fresh in all best possible ways. Don’t be shy, try it so you can brag to your friends you’ve had a coriander ice cream. The matcha was also perfect not sweet at all and smooth no fishy flavour here - 10/10 for me! Line was long but the staff was amazing and kept it moving along well! Thanks again! Until next visit to Vancouver!
