This place used to be top tier. I believe they changed their recipe for their cookies and cream. It tastes like cheap fake ice cream now. The cookies taste off and the ice cream texture is questionable. I’ve never had a bad batch of cookies and cream during my 5 years being their customer. I saw another lady saying the same thing as me, how their chocolate ice cream recipe changed. I might’ve had a bad batch during my visit, however the cookie tastes like the knock off oreo brand. Iykyk. Don’t be cheap, I’d rather yall charge more for the real deal than charge lower for some fake ice cream. The pictures attached were taken 1 minute after we received our scoop.
AMAZING best ice cream I’ve had to date. The selection of unique flavours was almost as sweet as the amazing staff who are eager to ensure you are satisfied when you walk out that door they offer unlimited samples and are gonna make sure you made the right selection when you re done thanks again!
Earnest Ice Cream never misses! The salted caramel is my absolute staple, perfectly rich and addictive every time. I also tried the seasonal Sticky Toffee Pudding and Black Forest Cake flavours and they were unreal. So much depth, so much flavour, and you can taste the quality in every scoop. Easily one of the best ice cream spots in Vancouver!
I stopped by this location on Quebec Street on a sunny afternoon craving something sweet and it turned into one of those little moments you remember at the end of a long week. The shop itself is small and simple but feels lively with people lining up for scoops and chatting about what flavour they’re most excited to try. They rotate their ice cream list often so there’s always something new to sample and that makes trying a few tastes part of the fun before you decide what to order.
