Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I grew up around the area and had heard great things about Rae Rae's. My mom, grandma, and I walked in and two women were working. Neither acknowledged us. All we wanted were cupcakes. The younger gal was not helpful at all and had a very snotty attitude, as if we were inconveniencing her. My grandma asked if they had lemon and the girl checked and came back to say, in a rude tone, that none of them were frosted. I was going to give two stars, because the cupcakes themselves were delicious. But, unfortunately, the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

Here all the way from Michigan - what a nice surprise to find a place like this! Fantastic donuts and cinnamon rolls and a friendly, informative greeting while we paid! Would absolutely come again - I'm not even GF (my wife is) and it was delicious! Would have never guessed that the cinnamon roll was GF if I hadn't known!

I was super excited to go there as I have celiac and my hometown doesn't have any 100% gluten free options. The lady that was working had the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I started to order a grilled cheese and her attitude just got worse. I've never been there I told her that, so if I was suppose to grab an order sheet, she could of just said that. I asked for a manager and she said she was the only one working and there is another lady named Tina that works there. I asked her if she hated her job because that's the vibe I got. I told her to cancel the order and left. By far the worst service I've ever seen. Super sad, because I would have bought the store out.

OMG!! Soooo Good. I stumbled upon Rae Rae's when on vacation in WF. We were going to the grocery store next door and I saw the words gluten free and bakery on the same sign. So, being Celiac, I had to follow the arrow. I walked in and initially was disappointed, everything looked so good, I figured only a cookie or two might be gluten free. To my delight when I asked what items were gluten free the answer was everything!! Unfortunately, I couldn't buy everything, but did get a loaf of bread and some cookies, all were delicious. Not only gluten free but mostly corn free too. I would say it's better than any of the GF options even in Seattle.

I was in Whitefish on vacation and was thrilled to find this when I searched for GF options in town. Even though I live in a giant metropolitan area, this is the only all gluten-free bakery I've ever been in anywhere, and I loved it! Great breads, scones, cinnamon rolls, cookies, etc. etc. etc. I plan on ordering from them online now that I'm back from my trip, and I hope that they'll remain in business for a long time to come!
