Great Harvest Kalispell

Over it... when are places going to get it. It's all about customer service. Food could be crappy and customer would still come back for good customer service. Dirty tables everywhere, everytime!! Ordered sandwich and had to go ask for it after 15 minute, she stated she was sorry obviously forgot to make it. Totally burnt when she brought it, I was over it and left without eating lunch I already paid for. Get your act together people. Almost forgot... The ran the extremely loud bread slicer the entire time. Do that when you don't have customers that are trying to enjoy there burnt food.

The food is always good... but I’ve noticed a change in cleanliness lately. Bathroom is DISGUSTING and the lady with black hair baking in the back is non stop coughing over who knows what... ick

The bread is always fresh and has a delicious taste that cannot be found elsewhere. I enjoy the atmosphere, and the service has always been excellent!

I have been to Great Harvest all over the country and this one isn't up to par. They will not let you try their specialty breads. They are somewhat short with you when you're inquiring about their menu. Just wasn't a good experience.
