Radisson Hotel & Suites Fort McMurray

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. The rooms are a good size and kept very clean. Easy access to the highway as well as to Gregoire Drive. Restaurants are close by . The staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Good clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is helpful and professional. Only four stars due to lack of restaurant attached. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.

Good service. Room smelled of smoke, mentioned it to front desk, so I did not get blamed for smoking in the room. They apologized profusely and upgraded me to a king room on the fifth floor. Great breakfast in the morning.

We came in at 1:30 in the morning, tired from a long days work, all we wanted was room for sleep. Asked for a 2 queen bed room for three guys. Front desk tried very hard to upsell on a three queen bed room. Making the insinuation that it would be uncomfortable for two of us to share a bed. We didnt care and took the cheaper option. All three of us were standing there and we had asked for a room for three people. Front desk Then tried to up the price given us on the room for 3 people by 10$ for having three people after already having quoting a price. Then the room we were given had something wrong with it apparently and we were given another room. (This was found out by front desk on the computer after payment was made and keys issued). Fast forward to 8:00 in the morning when staff are trying to get into our room for 20m, swiping and turning the door handle constantly. Fortunately for us we had locked the door on the inside. One of us had to go to the door and ask them if they were trying to wake us up. At least the beds were clean. Upon trying to check out we found out the lady who had checked us out had already checked us out early. I will never ever stay here, I will recommend to the businesses I work with to never stay here. It was cashier number 25 According to our paperwork.

They would not accept cash payment & charge the damage deposit on my credit card. They would not take a cash damage deposit Ethier. Vantage suites across the road is great tho. Jesse
