Great price and location. Very clean. But if you want to sleep bring ear plugs.  Diesel trucks run right against your door all night.   Cant hear the tv in your room.  And delivery trucks rumble most of the night arghhhhhhhhhhh

Location was about 10 minutes away from downtown Fort McMurray, which wasn't too bad. Room had a weird smell and carpet was stained. Everything else was fine though.

Cheap , clean , no frills motel. No complaints . Friendly front desk and free cookies !   Internet speeds were OK .
