Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s very rundown and worn out, but my biggest issue with them was that they re-booked my room without notifying me.nnI was staying in the hotel only until I found an apartment and so when I found a place I left the hotel booking open for the few days left while I transitioned, in case something wasn’t working at the new place. It was fully paid for at this time.nnWhen I went to do a final sweep of my hotel room on my last day of the paid-for booking I found my room door locked and someone inside. Most concerningly, my card still worked on the room door. If that new person in my room hadn’t locked the latch then I could have walked right in on them.nnWhen I spoke to the front desk they said they hadn’t seen me in a few days so they assumed I was gone and re-booked my room. Now, they did refund me a few of those nights which is good. But the utter lack of communication and security in this whole endeavour was extremely unsettling. Why not call and ask me? Or even an email? I didn’t even receive a receipt or any notification of the refund.nnDo NOT recommend. Zero for security.
Cleaning of hotel common areas not a priority.nElevators have graffiti inside. Room is ok, very dated but beds are comfortable. Housekeeping of rooms is a hit and miss. Hotel chain should consider a chance in management.
Decent place but dated. Needs a major update to fix old and tired decor. The staff were very pleasant, the breakfast was decent and the room was comfortable. However, for sub-$100/night, understand that there’s a reason for it.
This hotel has provided exceptional customer service for my corporate bookings, especially dealing with Parneet. They are accommodating to changing work schedules, always answer the phone, and are easy to reach via email as well. They offer great rates for long-term stays. The location is close to the highway, restaurants, and grocery stores as well as the movie theater.
I would not recommend this hotel. My son’s father tried to stay there for a month. Paid up front. First they changed the price posted online and said the inside rooms cost more than the outside rooms. They gave him a room with No tv or fridge. When he asked to change it they wouldn’t do so he asked for his money back. The manger walked away to the photocopier and wrote no refund on it after he signed the paper and wouldn’t give him his money back. Had to call for legal advice. Worst hotel. Doesn’t even deserve a star.
