Booked 4 rooms under one reservation and one credit card via Booking.com. Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t find the 4 rooms. Just the one room was available under my name. I showed the staff member my Booking.com confirmation and he still couldn’t find the four rooms. He then told us the hotel was full and he couldn’t accommodate all of us. He then directed us to a hotel down the road and we left. The next day I saw full charges on my credit card from the hotel. After calling several times and going back a day later, they would not refund me the charges, telling me that the rooms for my coworkers were under each individuals names and we simply did not check in as planned.nnWhen I returned the to clear things up, the manager accused me of 'refusing' to share names of other guests why would I do this?. And although I failed to remember that I had added them to my reservation, I showed the staff member my confirmation from Booking.com which contained ALL the information. All rooms were tied to my credit card information and my contact information.nnThe staff were not helpful, less than apologetic, and not accommodating. The 'manager' was defensive and I felt he like he had made the early decision not to help me.nnClearly there was a miscommunication and although it was no single persons fault, they were unwilling to accommodate in anyway, even though all four of us were standing in their lobby trying to check in that day. We were not being deceitful or neglectful, and still charged us for 4 rooms x 2 nights without staying at the hotel. We will not be back.
I would like to give a positive review at Holiday Inn though there’s a mixed up of party booking. Two event on the same day and same time and they still managed to find a solution in last minute of preparation. The front desk and the manager were very helpful and made sure everyone enjoyed the party. Mistakes happen but if dealt and handled properly then a customer satisfaction will be met and a positive outcome indeed. Everyone is happy with a good memories from the party. Happy client here!
We stayed here for 17 nights during our evacuation, despite the length of our stay I have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel and its staff. The staff were always accommodating, friendly and helpful. The facility was always exceedingly clean. Breakfast always had a variety of options including eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes, and a variety of healthier options. The pool was never out of commission and we had a lot of fun on the slide and relaxing in the hot tub.nnOur room was lovely, spacious and clean and all the amenities were fully functioning.nnDuring a very stressful time the hotel was a bastion of calm. I can't reccomend them any higher. This is a great place to stay.
The manager sorry didn't catch your name went above and beyond for me as a guest and helped me catch a ride to local dealership while completing my purchasing of a truck. He was kind, friendly, and really made my day and experience a lot better. Thanks again for going above and beyond!
You get what you’d expect from a holiday inn. Nothing special. Nice and comfortable rooms. Pool and hot tub were really nice after a day of work and the slide is super fast for a small hotel slide.
