They don’t care about people , my lung X ray was done at their center end of October and I thought everything is fine as my Dr didn’t call me, but I realized that they didn’t fax my report at all , I went there and they said the fax number was not right and I easily googled clinic fax number and gave it to them that was their responsibility to make sure all patient report are sent or at least they could call me to let me know that they were not able to fax the report . But no didn’t make any effort!!! I wish I could put 0 Instead of 1!!!!!! I must add your staff are so rude as well, No apologies, and when I asked them to give me a copy at least after 2 months , they asked me for 5 dollars to give a copy, instead of being nice or sorry about their laziness for not faxing my report!!!

Super extra nice service , finish in no time , people are so nice, place extremely clean and organized, we call we go we finish everything in less than one hour , it’s about 15 minutes drive from Mercier bridge but it’s so good when it’s done fast it is the best place to go why you need to wait in other places just drive 15 or 20 minutes and you will be done in no time thank you guys for the nice fast professional service .
So rude and no respect! I did my ultrasound in this place and I was so disappointed with the service. The woman who did my ultrasound was so rude. I asked nicely if I can speak in English since I want to understand better and it is concerning my health, but she just answered me in bad manner. She could at least say it in a nice way and I will do my best to understand her french. This place should not accept clients if they do not want to serve in English language and there should not be English instructions on the reception if they just want to speak french. She just look professional but the attitude is unprofessional! I will never come back to this place. Never ever! Zero star but to be able to post, I gave 1 star.

J'ai dût prendre rendez-vous pour une échographie pelvienne à la demande de mon médecin de famille pour un suivi en fertilité. À mon arrivée, les réceptionnistes ont étés très gentilles et courtoises. Le tout s'est gâché lorsqu'on m'a appelé pour l'échographie. La dame ne s'est pas présenté,m'a à peine regardé et m'a dit d'un ton froid de descendre mes pantalons et de m'installer sur la table. Tout au long de l'examen, elle n'a presque pas dis un mot sauf pour poser une question et ne répondait à aucune des miennes. D'un coup, elle m'a dit qu'elle procéderait à un autre examen, et m'a dit d'aller me changer. Elle n'a donner aucune explication même lorsque j'ai démontré une inquiétude puisque mon médecin avait uniquement demandé une échographie pelvienne. À mon retour dans la salle, toujours aucun regard et aucune réponse. Quand j'ai manifesté verbalement mon inquiétude et mon malaise elle m'a simplement dit que ce n'était pas douloureux. J'ai alors précisé que je n'étais pas inquiète face à l'examen mais bien face aux raisons de celui-ci. Elle m'a alors répondu et je cite " de toute façon tu n'auras pas les résultats aujourd'hui alors attends quelques jours avant de stresser", le tout en riant. Elle a ensuite procéder au deuxième examen, sans parler, sans me demander si j'étais confortable, rien. Elle a ensuite dit que c'était terminé et de me r'habiller. Je n'ai même pas eu le temps de répondre à son bonne journée puisqu'elle était déjà sortie de la salle. Elle ne m'a pas proposé de mouchoir, rien. Je me suis sentie comme un numéro. Je suis sortie de la clinique chamboulée et très anxieuse face à ce qui venait de se passer. C'est la première fois qu'une telle chose m'arrive et je n'y retournerai plus jamais à l'avenir. C'est dommage car les autres membres du personnel sont géniaux et que m'a première expérience pour une infiltration de cortisone était très bien. Cette dame n'a pas sa place dans une clinique de santé à mon avis.
