CLSC Kateri

Went in for blood tests and at first I was shocked by the amount of people waiting outside at 6:30am, however the system they put in place to deal with the huge crown was quite efficient. The whole process took me about 1.5 hours. The staff was also friendly and accommodating to the English community.

great for appointments terrible and very disorganized for blood tests compared to the brossard clinic.

I never seen a worst CLSC/clinic. The staff are rude, disgruntled, impatient and unwilling to help with the slightest of requests. Even with a doctor's prescription they insist on making everything difficult. Every time I visit to try to give it another chance I am reminded of my previous experience. Incompetent employees and terrible clinic.

I've always received excellent service here and my family doctor works here.

Attente de 2h45 pour prélèvements sanguins. Comment ont-ils fait pour en arriver là. C'est désastreux et inacceptable.
