We had a 4 generation family lunch there over the holidays. The food was good the service exceptional and the young kids loved the simple but user friendly play room. 5 stars!

Ordered delivery from here, chicken was good but the side of vegetables was a mushy clump of strangely cooked questionable plant matter wrapped in a piece of foil and the salad had a partially removed date code sticker with a best before date 5 days past. Stick to chicken and french fries if you're brave enough to eat here.

This St. Hubert location is excellent! My companions and I had an incredible experience. The shared appetizers were amazing, and the service was one of the best resturant experiences I've had in a long time. As well, a must-have is their Apple Delight dessert.

The food was good and the restaurant looks good, but the service was unacceptable.
When we entered the restaurant, there weren't any other customers, but we still had to wait a considerable amount of time to have our order taken. The food was excellent, but, again, it took a long time to have it. We asked for a spoon, but never got it; we asked for water, we got it after a good 10-15 minutes. When we finished eating, we had to wait for at least 20 Minutes to have the table cleared. When we mentioned this to our waiter, she started clattering the dishes and complaining about how many customers she has. We don't go to restaurant to hear about that! We expect to be served by in a pleasant, polite manner. It is really not our problem if she has many customers (which she didn't).
To show our discontent with the service we got, we didn't leave a tip. When the waitress noticed, she threw her hands in the air saying 'impoli' loud enough for us to hear it. She kept shooting us angry looks until we left the restaurant.

My office Team (7) and myself went out for Lunch at this restaurant today, 22JUN2017. We arrived at 12:10PM and were seated. We ordered from the MIDI-Express menu, and waited a full 45 minutes, STILL NO FOOD!!! Our General manager had to leave and go back to our office as our Lunch hour finished at 1:00PM. We that remained asked for our orders to be boxed up & they still hadn't brought it out by 1:15PM. We spoke to the manager who didn't seem to care. She stated that it was our fault for switching our order to take out, as that takes longer, and that they were backed up at drive-through. We left with no Lunch, no service.
We have ordered St-Hubert for a lot of our company Lunches and Dinners and never received such HORRIBLE and uncaring service!!!
