McDonald's

Just went to the drive through and although the girl who took my order was nice and courteous, I can’t say the same for the manager. When I asked them to replace my fries because they weren’t fresh, he refused. Did not even listen to what I had to say. Very rude. Someone needs to remind him that we are the paying customers so we have a right to request quality.nNo wonder this location has such a low rating. Maybe if he listened to feedback instead of talking over the customer he’d learn something. Even the sandwich was dry and done poorly. A reflection of the manager.

Extremely rude employees just standing around chatting, using phones or touching each other and playing music. not helpful when I inquired about my BM combo that took 10 minutes. Guy just said ‘yeah it’s here and threw the bag in the expediting area. All that wait to receive cold food. Seriously overstaffed and still managed to put out garbage after all of that wait. The only saving grace is the dining room is spacious and relatively clean McDonald’s standards but seriously, even by McDonald’s standards this place needs new management

they took my order , made me drive 20min forth and 20back for nothing , thank you for wasting my time at 3:30

What a bad experience! We drove there, ordered six nuggets three burgs and fries. When we back home, we found that they missing the nuggets, but sauce… call them, they can't do anything, ask us to drive back immediately.??????? Why don't you check the order before you give it to your customer? That time wasn't busy AT ALL!!And it wasn't the first time, and then when you call them again, they will never pick up the phone

We are students and we are loyal costumers of this McDonald. We love getting food here however we’ve experienced some bad attitude from one of the staffs janitor. In fact we were just trying to enjoy our food and fill up our cup of drink, when suddenly this staff came up to us asking with a bad tone why we’re always here and why we’re making a bad mess…??? We didn’t make any mess and this isn’t the first time she was mean towards us. Ever since the start of the year, she has been hating on us for coming in. We aren’t loud and we don’t make messes when we do we clean up after ourselves. I’m very disappointed : food is amazing tho and the manager is nice too :
