McDonald's

It's a new McDonald's instead of having two or three caches they have only one cash but two or three stations for self ordering from a large LCD display where you can also pay ahead of time and you do your own order as in self-serve. I guess one could say it's a high-tech place. Unfortunately as my nephew said to me, the A&W burger at the corner of his treat is a heck of a lot better quality and a much larger Burger. But then again it's McDonald's you don't expect more

Ordered a medium French fry, Americana and a small twist cone. I was charged for a sundae with blueberries $2.69 I decided to eat it anyway but after all there was no ice-cream. Front register area and cabinets behind looked slightly messy and condiments hanging on the sides of blueberry container. Staff was very friendly, it was steady and looking like business was picking up when I finally left. Bathroom was OK not too bad.

Very slow service to get a couple coffees! Cups come without stickers, not the end of the world, but seriously... Hate the kiosks to place orders, takes 10 minutes to place a simple order and takes jobs away. Definitely not improving the user experience. If this is supposed to make them stand out, it does, just not in a positive way. I'll go where I'm served by a person and can get a cup of coffee in a minute or two instead of 10 minutes like at this MacDonald's.
