What a bad experience! We drove there, ordered six nuggets three burgs and fries. When we back home, we found that they missing the nuggets, but sauce… call them, they can't do anything, ask us to drive back immediately.??????? Why don't you check the order before you give it to your customer? That time wasn't busy AT ALL!!And it wasn't the first time, and then when you call them again, they will never pick up the phone

If I could rate this McDonald’s -1 star I would. The fact that we had to order 2 times on uber eats and they STILL can’t get the order right… the first time our driver brought us someone else’s order. The second time half our food is missing. When I called they offered to compensation and the solution was to order on uber eats AGAIN for our missing food. The sad thing is, there’s always something missing when we go there. Close the location, people living in Lachine would be better off going to other McDonalds locations.

Everytimes I order inside, my burger is always juicy, hot fries, everything is good and takes no more than 5 min of waiting. I also dropped my fries before sitting on a table and they gave me another portion of fries.nThe drive thru is where it’s bad here. You wait very long to order, they don’t switch of intercom between cars so one lane is always getting passed by the other lane even if you were there first. And then, you gotta wait a long time for your order, the burger is dry, almost cold, with cold and soft fries.nThis morning, my breakfeast was hot and good though.nDrive thru needs to get better.

I asked for a burger but with nothing except for onions, pickles, ketchup and mustard and the manager himself got out of his way and made it for me.n11/10 will definitely come back

I never thought I'd rate a McD's - but this might be the slowest fast-food restaurant I've been at. 18 minutes+ for a simple Big Mac trio, in-store.nMy number disappeared off the screen, which was curious as well. The staff was kind, however.nI would avoid this particular McDonald's for the wait times.
