Rôtisserie St-Hubert

Had the chance to experience this St. Hubert here in Quebec City...we tried their half chicken and fish and chips. Presentation was nice. Service was amazing! Food taste fine and really was on the salty side...the fish, chocken and gravy...so eating every single item seemed hard to swallow. Other than the salt rush...it would have been really amazing!

I cannot go to Quebec without eating here. I love St Hubert this location was spectacular with great staff. Super clean place with the best rotesiarre chicken in the world. The coleslaw is beyond good.Food: 5/5

I came for a solo dinner, was greeted and seated by the waitress nicely. Interacted with 3 staff and they were all welcoming and professional. The food was hot and delicious, the piña colada was amazing. I had a great time, the atmosphere was wonderful!Recommended dishesHot Chicken

Very bad. Soggy fries. Dry and burnt wings. Extremely spicy dressings. Do not recommend.

Convenient location just outside of Old Québec fortress gates, about 5 minutes walk. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was clean and meals were decent. It’s a great place for families.

Excellent meal! Good service and nice to find a place let us sit down for a meal and use a restroom. Large portions and quality food. Good value.I ordered Putin and it was great.

For a Saturday dinner, all our choices were not available: No Nachos, No steak, no pinot Grigio, no Mille-feuilles. Not enough sauce on the hot chicken. There is no point to offer an extended menu if you are missing so many things. That was not great at all and the sever could not do much if tha administration is so bad!

I had a delicious hot chicken sandwich, which is shredded chicken between two slices of buttered bread and covered with gravy and topped with peas. It was my first time trying a hot chicken sandwich and St-Hubert did not disappoint. My server, Cathya, was very accommodating, speaking English to me as well as Spanish to other guests. I was amazed by her language skills. She definitely deserves a raise. I also had a pudding chômeur, which was very rich and sweet.

They're getting way too expensive. Chicken filet with soup 30$ plus tip. 21 for chicken and 6 for soup as if you take th dessert they charge the soup and not the dessert. All the coke you can drink. Which was good as the only beer left was corona or bud. Nice restaurant, but way too expensive as the filet was $ 15 before covid. And service was not very good. Had to have fries as rice was not available Will not be going back.

Great food and service. Beats it's parent company Swiss Chalet hands down. Chicken is large and perfectly done. The addition of your choice of two different types of coleslaw is a great addition to the dinner. Always a great variety on the menu, again way more that Swiss chalet. Always come to St. Hubert's when I am in Quebec. Would love to see them come to Ontario.
