We drove to the suburbs to get off the beaten tourist path. Decent family food. Place was fairly empty at 7pm. Salad bar looked good but I opted for chicken noodle soup and my husband ordered rotisserie chicken breast served with fries and gravy.
The food was generally good! The all dressed baked potato was my favourite. The only thing that irked me was that there was a massive line out the door and when we got inside, there were many empty tables. That could have been due to reservations but those tables were never filled. Service was a little slow as well.
We have been to a few different Scores in our Quebec adventures however this one was the first to disappoint. We ordered fries that came as rice instead. We weren't asked for a refill until we were ready to get the cheque. And worst of all i was scolded because my 2 year old took a couple veggies off my plate i had ordered the salad bar and you aren't supposed to share, but trying telling a toddler they can't have a bite off mommies plate we did order full main meals for everyone at the table and all the adults paid for the soup and salad bar but my tiny tot who literally took 2 bites off my plate. We will not return to this location. Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was not kid friendly
Service at this location was terrible. We came in with 2 children under 10 and had to ask for the kids menu twice. We were never offered water and had to ask 3 different people before we finally received the waters. It took over 10 minutes to get the attention of our waitress for the bill I had already cleaned and stacked everything, not that it helped I told the waitress that we needed the machine and she said OK then never came back..... after about 20 minutes I finally just left $100 cash on the table the bill was 97$ but I didn't have change so I wasn't able to leave a tip and walked out. Never going back!
I'm amazed on how fast the food was prepared. And it's also very tasty for the price. It's not costly to have a great meal and the salad bar is a nice healthy choice that can be added to the set entrees.

Dry chicken, everything fried tasted of old oil. Not enough dipping sauce and they charge for more. Poor experience compared to what I've been used to.
A resturant we will eat at time and time again. The foods, drinks and desserts delicious. Great portion sizes and prices are reasonable. The General Tao poutine, ribs and salmon dishes are our favorite...so good. Hardworking staff.
They served the pork ribs even i asked them inside the restaurant for if its beef ribs or pork. They lied its beef but when i opened the take out box it was prok ribs. Very disrespectful i had to throw the whole food in garbage and sleep hungry.
